There are many benefits of saying "I Do" thousands of miles away from home, and choosing the right travel planner is key to an organized and memorable trip.
With all the upcoming decisions you will need to make as the bride and groom, I want to help make "when", "where", and "how" the easiest decisions yet!

As a company, we have "married" hundreds of couples throughout the United States, Mexico, and other Caribbean locations.

We actually consider ourselves more of a wedding coordinator + travel agent in the fact that we become as involved as the couples would like us to be!
Over the years, we have built wonderful relationships with trusted vendors, resorts, and their onsite
wedding coordinators.

It is very important to me to connect with the bride and groom. Whether it is a short phone call or scheduled meeting, I want to make sure I can take their vision for the big day and research options that are the right fit!
Do you want to get married during sunset, in a gazebo covered in floral decor, right off the ocean? Maybe have your reception on a Sky Deck, with a live band, overlooking the entire resort and miles of white sand and blue water? Whatever my bride and groom are thinking...I want to hear it!
"As your Wedding Travel Planner, I will act as a liaison between you and the resort for the entire process."

After connecting, I will recommend a list of resorts that are personalized to their style, budget, and desired locations.
Once a resort is chosen, I will correspond with the resort's onsite wedding coordinators to arrange your wedding date, ceremony time, and perfect ceremony/reception locations.
If the wedding group size is applicable, I will contact our special groups wholesaler to get the best rates available for your guests. With a group contract, we will secure a block of rooms, including amenities for the bride and groom that are offered through the hotel.

The group contract allows your guests to pay a minimum deposit to hold their room choice and will guarantee their room reservation to attend your wedding! The final payment varies and will be discussed at the initial introduction of the contract.
